I couldn’t be happier!! I have just bought a 2026 Forrester from the Team at Subaru Castle Towers and everyone made the experience seamless. It began from the moment I started looking. I was greeted by Arthur who was friendly and very helpful. He was attentive and followed up but was not pushy. He was very accommodating and informative and was more than happy to take me on 2 test drives while I was making my decision. His pre-sale and after-sale service and attention was excellent. Arthur was on leave when my car arrived so Joe and Alex took over without a hitch. They were friendly and most helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Joe made sure I was informed of the car’s progress and ensured that all paperwork was taken care of for an easy trade in and plate swap on the day. He continued his excellent and friendly service after I had driven away, checking in on me and answering all of my silly questions with patience and respect. On the day I picked up my car I was assisted by Alex who was friendly and very professional. She was thorough in her set up and explanation of how to work all the wonderful new technology. Even though she is new and still learning the ropes she was very knowledgeable and thorough with everything. I love my new car and thank Joe, Alex and Arthur for making this purchase an enjoyable experience. I would recommend the Team at Subaru Castle Towers for a great deal and friendly professional service.
