How do you make it a positive 'do' experience for the customer?

By knowing the product and brand you are promoting. Product knowledge is extremely important. 

What is your favourite Subaru vehicle and why? 

My current vehicle, the XV-S. It's sporty and well-suited for my small family, with great performance for short or long-distance drives. 

What makes you a special team member at your dealership?

My many years of experience with the brand. I'm engaging, and a good listener.

How do you deliver excellent customer service?

By taking my time and listening to my customers.

I am respectful and nice to my colleagues.

What do you love about the brand? Our vehicles are an excellent, reliable product and we receive great support from the manufacturer. 

In the spirit of Subaru 'do', what do you do that makes a positive difference? I ensure that I lead by example in every aspect of my work and behaviour.

What is your favourite Subaru vehicle and why? Subaru Impreza 22B STI. With its Rally Championship pedigree it's the perfect example of old school Japanese engineering

How do you deliver excellent customer service?  By ensuring all customers expectations and needs are met with a smile.

What does excellent customer service mean to you?  My highest priority is customer service. I always strive to ensure each customer leaves well informed on their vehicles current state and that they are happy.

What is your favourite Subaru vehicle and why? WRX. I love performance vehicles and Motorsport. 

How do you deliver excellent customer service?  I listen to customers needs and ensure they are met.
